Artificial Grass
Artificial grass, also known as synthetic turf, is a surface made from synthetic fibers designed to look like natural grass. It is commonly used in sports fields, residential lawns, playgrounds, and commercial areas due to its low maintenance needs and year-round green appearance. Unlike natural grass, artificial turf doesn’t require mowing, watering, or fertilizing, making it environmentally friendly in terms of water conservation. It is durable, UV-resistant, and suitable for high-traffic areas. However, it can become hot in direct sunlight and may require occasional cleaning. Modern versions are designed to be more realistic, with improved texture and drainage systems.

Silica Sand
Silica sand, also known as quartz sand, is a natural material composed primarily of silicon dioxide (SiO₂). It is one of the most abundant minerals on Earth and is known for its hardness, chemical purity, and high melting point. Silica sand is widely used in construction, glass manufacturing, water filtration, foundry casting, and sports turf base layering. Its grain shape and size consistency make it ideal for industrial applications. In artificial turf installations, silica sand acts as an infill, providing stability, shock absorption, and helping the blades stand upright. Its non-toxic and durable nature makes it safe and long-lasting.
Rubber Granules
Rubber granules are small, shredded particles made primarily from recycled rubber, often sourced from used tires. These granules are widely used in sports turf systems, playground surfaces, and flooring applications due to their excellent shock absorption, durability, and slip resistance. In football turf, rubber granules are infilled between artificial grass blades to provide cushioning, reduce injury risk, and enhance playing comfort. They come in various sizes and colors, with options like SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber), EPDM, and TPE. Environmentally friendly and cost-effective, rubber granules play a crucial role in creating safe, long-lasting, and performance-optimized surfaces for athletes and users.

KDF Adhesive
KDF Adhesive is a specialized bonding agent commonly used in the installation of synthetic sports surfaces, including artificial grass and rubber flooring. It is known for its strong adhesion, flexibility, and weather resistance, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. This polyurethane-based adhesive ensures long-lasting performance, with excellent grip on various surfaces like concrete, asphalt, and compacted sub-bases. KDF Adhesive is also resistant to moisture and temperature variations, ensuring durability under heavy foot traffic and extreme weather conditions. It plays a crucial role in securing turf seams and edges, providing a smooth, stable, and safe sports surface.
Sport Net
Sport ground nets are essential safety and boundary solutions used across various sports fields such as cricket, football, tennis, and golf. These nets are made from durable materials like HDPE or nylon, ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to UV rays and weather conditions. They help prevent balls from leaving the field, protect spectators, and maintain game boundaries. Available in different mesh sizes and thicknesses, sport ground nets are customized based on the sport and field size. Easy to install and maintain, they play a critical role in enhancing both safety and gameplay experience for athletes and viewers alike.

Seaming Tap
Seaming tape is a specialized adhesive product used to join sections of artificial grass or sports turf seamlessly. Made from durable materials like non-woven fabric and coated with strong adhesive, it ensures a secure bond between turf rolls without visible lines. Seaming tape is typically used with turf glue to provide long-lasting stability and resistance to moisture and movement. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall aesthetics and performance of artificial turf installations, especially on sports grounds, lawns, and landscapes. Easy to apply and weather-resistant, seaming tape helps achieve a clean, professional finish in turf applications.
Flood Light
Flood lights are high-intensity, broad-beamed lights commonly used to illuminate large outdoor areas such as stadiums, sports grounds, construction sites, and building exteriors. Designed for durability and powerful brightness, flood lights are available in various types including LED, halogen, and metal halide. LED flood lights are the most energy-efficient and long-lasting, offering bright, uniform light with low power consumption. These lights are weather-resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use in all conditions. Flood lights enhance safety, security, and visibility, especially at night. They come in different wattages and beam angles to suit specific applications and lighting requirements.

Cricket Pitch
A cricket pitch is the central strip of the field where most of the action in the game takes place. It is 22 yards (20.12 meters) long and 10 feet (3.05 meters) wide. Made of natural soil or artificial turf, the pitch can vary in bounce, pace, and spin depending on its preparation. At each end are stumps and creases for bowlers and batters. A well-maintained pitch ensures fair competition between bat and ball. Grass cover, moisture, and rolling techniques all influence how the pitch behaves. It plays a critical role in match outcomes, especially in Test and limited-overs formats.
